I've lived on the shoreline my entire life. Hopscotching my way back and forth between North Branford, Guilford and Branford, I've lived in 12 different homes. I renovated the majority of those homes while living in them (that's truly another story all together). I have always loved the creativity and sense of accomplishment involved - yet I still felt the pain and stress my clients often feel when it comes to making a move. I've tried my hand at flipping (before it was in vogue on HGTV) and I've owned several multi-family apartment buildings in central CT. As I look back, real estate has always played an integral part in my life - even when I had a full time job I was either renovating, designing interiors and/or learning more about whatever aspects of real estate were available to me at the time. I finally decided to get my Real Estate license in 2010 and in my 50's became a full time agent! I am able to use ALL of my past experiences, helping each of my clients with their own individual and very unique needs. As I sit here typing this I'm in the process of yet again, another renovation and move. I'm headed back to the home I grew up in with plans to purchase and renovate my Mom and Dad's house. I'm here to help you; be it getting your home ready to sell, buying your first place, getting rid of all your 'stuff' and downsizing, or working with a builder on a new construction home.
