Bio

Marguerite began her real estate career in 1986 selling estates and unique properties in Bucks County, PA, and soon after became licensed also in NJ. She maintains these licenses today along with two designations. She has been actively selling and marketing real estate here in the Lowcountry for over a decade. Her family retired to HHI in the mid-70’s so she understands the special lifestyle that the Lowcountry affords. Her experience promoting high-end residences, new construction, farms and waterfront properties in the northeast, combined with an intimate knowledge of our area, history and culture, makes her an intrinsic and inimitable ambassador for Beaufort County coastal getaways and luxury real estate. Marguerite works diligently to find perfect permanent or vacation residences that meet her clients’ standards. She has been invaluable in serving her buyers and sellers who appreciate her advertising acumen, keen negotiating skills, professionalism, insights and attention to detail during the process and outstanding service long after. Other interests include architectural design, old house renovation and restoration, interior design, gardening, cooking, American history, art collecting, and reading non-fiction.
