"Marguerite reached out regarding a listing we had previewed. I knew from the moment we spoke that she would be our realtor. She was knowledgeable and really listened to the requirements we wanted in a new house. We were moving from CA to Litchfield County and she made herself available to us despite the 3 hour time difference.

Our search was mostly online until we were able to fly out to visit homes. She was quick to set up appointments to ensure our week in CT full of home visits. We looked at many areas within the county and she never once complained that we were driving everywhere. She certainly went the extra mile for us. Any challenges we had with the process were made effortless for us.
