Experience

Meredith grew up on the beautiful waters of Maryland’s Eastern Shore and loves the lifestyle that living in a waterfront community brings to quality of life. She has a degree in Communications from the University of Colorado - Boulder. Her 35 years of professional experience in multiple facets of TV/film production, compliments her entrepreneurial spirit. Collaborating with top ad agencies in New York City, she and her husband/business partner, Ed Warnick, produced numerous award winning advertising and marketing campaigns for many national brands. They have been a team throughout their careers and through raising their triplets! Meredith and Ed’s decision to permanently re-locate from Fairfield, Ct to join William Raveis - Naples, was timely, as Raveis had recently expanded into southwest Florida. “William Raveis and the Christie's International brand are leaders in marketing luxury properties. We were drawn to the company’s integrity and focus on family, with sales associates and customers alike. These are values we respect and live by.” said Mulholland. “William Raveis has had an incredibly positive response in the Naples market. The benefit of having direct access to over 4,000 sales associates in 127 offices in the northeast, where a significant number of buyers are coming from, gives Raveis quite an edge.” Meredith believes the business of real estate is about building relationships and trust. Her specialty is in understanding people’s needs, finding a creative way to fulfill those needs, and helping people exceed their expectations. Meredith and Ed bring their combined expertise in client relations to their passion for the Naples real estate market. They have enjoyed the Florida gulf coast for 20+ years; its gorgeous beaches, fabulous restaurants, friendly people and year round sunshine. They love boating, tennis, golf, and the healthy lifestyle that is Naples, and are excited to help others discover a piece of paradise here!
