My professional real estate career began in 2017, shortly after receiving a bachelor's degree in business marketing from USF. I started as a partner to one of the top selling agents in a nation-wide brokerage out of Southport, CT and assisted in a successful business managing of bank-owned listings. In 2018, I transferred brokers to partner with a small group that was top 3 in production of sales volume and assisted in over $200 million closed transactions.

I learned a tremendous amount from both of these small businesses, however, my itch to grow was prevalent. I wanted to cultivate new ideas, be true to myself, and provide a special service to clients. And so, in early 2020, I founded my own personal brand Cerreta Real Estate with William Raveis. It was the best decision I?ve ever made thus far. Not only for myself, but also for my clients as I am now able to provide the attention-to-detail and personable client service of which I?ve always aimed for.

My passion for developing client relationships is evident within my work, as I strive to provide the best possible experience for clients both before and after the process of selling or buying a home. I am able to provide and utilize my extensive network of connections within the real estate business and outside the realm as well. If I can't do something, I know someone who can.

I have learned a lot of lessons in life, and if there is one thing I know for sure that matters, it is the people closest to you. I feel there are a lot of distractions in our lives (work, etc), but what it all comes down to at the end of the day, whether that day is a good or bad one, is being able to go back to the home you love, with the people you love inside it. Family is everything, and you spend the most time together in your home, so the decision is very important. I am honored every time a client trusts me to be a part of this process, and grateful to provide a better experience then they could have imagined.
