Nancy McGann, Town & Country Real Estate Managing Partner, began her career in real estate with east end legend Allan Schneider in their Southampton office in 1981. She spent the next 27 years with Allan M. Schneider and Associates (later acquired and renamed Corcoran). Her extensive knowledge and experience in Southampton real estate is an unparalleled force when combined with hard work, loyalty and dedication. In addition to her commitment to real estate, Nancy holds a position on the Southampton Village Board dedicating her time and knowledge to the village she calls home. With her family, Nancy has lived full-time in Southampton Village since 1979. No stranger to the eastern end of Suffolk, Nancy has been coming out east since 1954, when her parents had a beach camp in North Sea Beach Colony.
