Nick Popielec and his family have lived and owned properties in Pelican Bay since he was young. After attending Clemson University, where he studied Engineering and Finance, Nick decided to live in an area with white sandy beaches and fine dining cuisine. Now living in Naples, Nick is a full year resident of one of the most sought after cities in the country. Seeking a position with a leading brokerage firm to leverage his competitive, analytical, and customer satisfaction skills, he especially was interested in brokerage firms that had excellent training programs where he could maximize his real estate skill set, and hence joined William Raveis.
