31 Years Selling CAPE COD homes! Real Estate has been a driving force in my life. I moved to the Cape in 1970 and by my early 20's I owned 5 rental properties. I learned a lot working with people and developing skills needed to be involved with real estate. By the 1980's construction was booming and I was building in New Seabury and Mashpee. In 1990 I opened Seaview Real Estate in Mashpee which I operated until 2009. I am known for working tirelessly for all my clients. I constantly think about how to help my clients achieve their goals. I build relationships with my clients and very often become part of their extended family here on the Cape. I have the experience and confidence to assist my clients no matter what their challenges are. Often 2nd home buyers are worried about managing a home that is far from where they reside. I manage homes for clients from Europe to California. The keys to my success are opening doors for my clients and keeping them open long after the sale has closed!
