As a native Vermonter, and someone who has grown up and is now raising my own children in Ludlow, I understand why people seek the very special lifestyle that Vermont and, more importantly, the Okemo Valley offers. I started my career in the hospitality industry with the goal of providing the best customer service experience. I bring this experience to my clients and customers in every sale with the hope that you walk away feeling well served and informed. As an agent, I truly enjoy helping both buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals. I have been a Realtor since 2006, and for the past several years served as a Director on our local Crown Point Board of Realtors as well as the Okemo Valley Chamber of Commerce. I like to make a difference where I can and try to keep busy as my children are getting older and after school obligations are sadly dwindling. In my years of selling real estate, I have sold an assortment of historic properties including Bed and Breakfast Inns as well as country estates. I have a passion for turn of the century architecture and I find the stories within the history of these properties very intriguing. As you can imagine, being a lifelong resident and Realtor since 2006, I have much experience with the array of possibilities on the mountain as well as the village and surrounding towns. I pride myself on being up to date with the latest real estate technology, software, and education which to better serve buyers and sellers alike. In addition to my REALTOR designation, I have also obtained The Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) certification which is for REALTORS who specialize in buying, selling, or management of properties for investment, development, retirement, or second homes in a resort, recreational, and/or vacation destinations. Additionally, I am a Luxury Property Specialist. This designation requires training every two years and a certain threshold of luxury sales over $1M. Our firm/company works tirelessly to be an industry leader by not so much following trends but by making them. I am lucky enough to work with an amazing team not only here in Ludlow but also with an enormous network of talented Raveis agents to call on to bounce ideas, refer clients, share listings with and marketing ideas. The list of collaboration options goes on. My family truly enjoys being a part of this great community and I believe that you will as well. In our spare time, we enjoy traveling with our two children, knowing we are able to return to this special place and call Ludlow our home.
