Experience
Before joining William Raveis,Stephani served as a Managing Director for LRM Consulting Inc. In this role, she is responsible for business development, Coaching Clients in Sales skills and Management Development Programs as well as managing Lead Generation Engagements. With 25 years of sales and consulting experience, She has successfully performed numerous sales, sales training and product management engagements for clients in multiple markets. Prior to joining LRM in 2000, Stephani held numerous senior sales roles at Xerox Corporation. She was a frequent President’s Club participant and earned numerous achievement awards. Her experience selling to enterprise class customers, coupled with extensive sales and sales management training, make her uniquely qualified to provide Sales and Marketing guidance and to all of her Real Estate clients.
