Stephen McCarthy was a pleasure to work with. My condo was under agreement in just over three weeks because of his market knowledge and aggressive approach to get interested buyers to see the property. Steve handled all the small tasks ( getting unit "dressed" for show (i.e touch up paint, cleaning halls, etc) to doing all the final steps with buyer to make sure the deal closed on time.
