Sunny has had the fortunate experience to have lived her entire life on the beautiful shores of Cape Cod. Her deep roots here, as well as her love for this special community helps her to connect with her clients and guide them to fulfill their own Cape Cod dreams. As the daughter, niece, and now wife, of local builders her knowledge of land and construction started at a young age and has naturally grown into a passion and career in Real Estate. Sunny started as a Rental Coordinator, assisting clients in finding a spot to vacation and managing the rental process for homeowners. She often received calls from clients wanting to make Cape Cod their home and soon decided that a move into sales was the next right move. Her knowledge and experience in the rental and investment management sector adds value to her sales clients interested in utilizing rental opportunities for their purchase. She has put her expertise of the Cape and knowledge of the market to work as a Sales Agent for over 11 years on the Lower and Mid Cape. Sunny enjoys guiding her buyer and seller clients and is a consistent producer. Her focus is on adding value and experience to the process, ensuring an effective approach to taking a property from the point of listing/offer to a successful closing. Perhaps most important is her commitment to her clients which is upheld through her integrity and the level of service she provides. She became involved in the local and state Realtor Associations, volunteering her time and knowledge to help lift up the professionalism of the industry as well as create partnerships with community organizations and volunteer opportunities for Realtors. She was delighted to receive the 2018 Cape Cod & Islands Association of Realtors Realtor of the Year award for her dedication! Fast forward to 2021 and Sunny decided to make an exciting move and join William Raveis Real Estate as the Associate Sales Manager of the Chatham office while continuing to provide exceptional service to buyers and sellers across the Cape. As Associate Sales Manager she is tasked with not only her own personal growth, but the growth and coaching of the agents in the office she serves. Her continued commitment to raising the bar of professionalism in the Real Estate industry is strong, and Sunny will continue to incorporate her leadership and communication skills in all that she does!
