Sensing the need in 2006 for a new level of professional service in the Cape Cod real estate market, Lomenzo Properties was founded in order to serve our clients with integrity and a level of professionalism unsurpassed in the marketplace. Our goal since then has been to empower our clients with proprietary market insights that consistently allow them to make sound decisions about value and timing in the current Cape Cod real estate market. Now as part of William Raveis Real Estate, Elaine and Thomas bring their clients the strength and reach of a top-rated, family-owned real estate company with global exposure and a new level of marketing excellence. Elaine is a former Merrill Lynch Financial Consultant who brings to her real estate practice the personal and organizational skills required to solve the day-to-day issues inherent in all real estate transactions. Her relationship-building skills have been a foundation of the success of Elaine's real estate practice over the past 17 years. She is additionally licensed in the State of CA. Thomas obtained his salesperson's license in April 2014, and balanced his real estate pursuits while earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Massachusetts Boston. To broaden his skillset, he then joined the Property Management Team at CBRE in downtown Boston in early 2018, managing high-end office spaces in the Financial District and Boston's Seaport. Thomas' penchant for creating long-term relationships called him back to his roots in residential real estate. Throughout the throes of 2020 and 2021, he maintained the standard of "exceptional service without exception" that he learned from his parents, in the Cambridge area of Boston, combining his management acumen and coaching background to create a tried-and-true, personalized, seamless process for his clients.

Personal

One of Elaine's proudest accomplishments is the homeschooling of her two children for several years in the 1990s, a time period they all agree was the best years of their family life. Aside from being an avid tennis player, Elaine is a longtime supporter of Canine Companions for Independence (CCI). The family has raised two Lab puppies, Riesling and Royce, for the organization that provides assistance dogs, free of charge, to individuals with disabilities. Thomas plays competitive Boston-area tennis in his free time, serves as an alumni ambassador to BC High, enjoys trips to the White Mountains for hiking, and hosts his own podcast, "Who's to Say? with Tom Foolery". He generally describes himself as "an enthusiast". Health - of mind, body, and soul - has become a paramount passion for Thomas in the last ten years. His experience as a competitive athlete and the profound impact of holistic practitioners compelled him to bolster his abilities as a coach. It is his daily intention to unite his interests in real estate, tennis, and holistic wellness under the vision of HOME - COURT - HEALTH, his coaching enterprise.
