I feel one of the greatest choices you can make when you are ready to buy or sell a home is to work with someone who has extensive knowledge of architecture, foundation, construction, design as well as all the other details of a Real Estate transaction. For over 30 years my career has consisted of building high-end custom homes all over Fairfield County. I've worked closely with architects, designers, sub-contractors and directly with the homeowners to build the home of their dreams. As a result, all of my experience allows me to offer great insight to buyers into how a home can live and the countless options for home improvement relating to all types of budgets. As well as making the right adjustments for the seller to showcase their home to look its potential best while on the market. By sharing together my extensive history in building and my client's needs/wish list, my goal is to always achieve the perfect fit. I entered Real Estate Sales as a natural passage way to utilize my knowledge, expertise and passion for homes to assist homeowners and potential homeowners in one of the most important transaction of their lives. In addition, with my extensive knowledge of property zoning, land and town/county regulations and Ct Real Estate law I feel I have much to offer to make my client's end goal successful. I enjoy every aspect of this Industry and hope I can bring that passion to clients when I represent them for all of their Real Estate needs.
