Thank you for your relentless pursuit to satisfy our desires in purchasing two exciting homes on Cape Cod.

The search for our first home began seven years ago. At that time we wanted a small home with an open room plan, a first floor master, two full baths and large kitchen. We wanted to live mid-cape near the bay away from traffic and, as you know, we are quite picky, as well as unrealistic.

You met with us more than fifty times over the course of one year showing a number of properties each time. Who would expect that a realtor on the Cape could satisfy all of our above requirements with an artist-decorated, modern 1300 square foot, 3-bedroom salt box with a soaring ceiling in the living room and a kitchen that boasts a 7-foot granite island? More than that, who would expect a realtor to stay with us that long in pursuit of what seemed to be the impossible? The Yarmouth Port home was ideal.

Now you have done it again. After making offers on about five properties that you directed us to, you found, negotiated and sealed the deal for us in our 3300 square foot, 9-room home with views of the Great Marsh, the dunes of Sandy Neck and Cape Cod Bay (including the stretch of land from Provincetown to Wellfleet in the distance) from a vantage point 100 feet above. This also took more than a year of searching as our weekend get-togethers became ritualistic. You also went out of your way by providing critical information to our mortgage company when we hit a snag with new federal guidelines regarding multiple home ownership. You literally saved the day!

In addition, you smoothly expedited our Summer rental arrangement with our Yarmouth Port home and your real estate agency.

Besides having a pleasant demeanor and charming character, you demonstrated extraordinary professionalism. You carefully listened to us and paid particular attention to our desires and requirements. You were quite knowledgeable about the properties you directed us to, even more knowledgeable than the listing agent at times. Taken together all of these attributes set you apart from others.
