Bio

Franklin has been a resident of the Lowcountry since 1986 working as a golf professional. After graduating from The University of South Carolina in 1985, he began his career at Palmetto Dunes Resort and Palmetto Hall Plantation. Moving from Hilton Head to Beaufort, he spent 7 years at Secession Golf Club as the Head Golf Professional and 22 years as the Director of Golf at Chechessee Creek Club in Okatie. While working with the developer of Chechessee Creek Club, Chaffin and Light Associates, Franklin received his Real Estate License in 2005 and then became Broker in Charge in 2009. In addition to performing the duties as Director of Golf, he facilitated all Real Estate transactions at the Chechessee Creek Club. Franklin has been married to his wife Judy since 1988 and are the proud parents of son, Andrew, and daughter, Katie. His 30 plus years as a Golf Professional have taught Franklin the importance of true customer service in both public and private clubs. Those characteristics will certainly prove valuable as he provides services to his real estate customers.
