"Franklin was a huge help to us as we looked for our new house in Hilton Head! We initially looked at neighborhoods both on and off the Island and Franklin was instrumental in helping us narrow our search. He was extremely patient throughout the process and provided great insights on the various communities, locations, described pros/cons, etc. We were living out of state and he kept us informed on new listings, open houses, as well as providing his view on listing prices.
