Personal

Nancy is a lifetime resident of Connecticut. She grew up in West Hartford and Groton Long Point Connecticut and she and her husband Bill raised their three sons in Wilton where she has been a resident for over 32 years. Her strength as a leader in the community combined with her creativity from her background in interior design and her designation as an accredited Home Staging Professional(ASP) all add to her great success as a top Realtor in Connecticut. She was a collegiate three sport athlete and was the former women's varsity lacrosse coach in Wilton. In addition to being an experienced award winning realtor, Nancy enjoys golf, fishing, tennis, pickle ball, photography and spending time with family and friends. On a global scale, Nancy helps oversee The William and Nancy Budd Scholarship Fund. The fund provides scholarships for secondary school and university students in Kenya. Young people's lives in Kenya are difficult to say the least. To see these young men and women who receive the scholarship being empowered and being able to take care of their lives because of their education is unbelievable. It feels like you've truly changed someones life for the better. The Budd Scholarship brings hope, empowers communities, and helps transform the lives of promising young scholars.
