Sensing the need in 2006 for a new level of professional service in the Cape Cod real estate market, Elaine founded Lomenzo Properties in order to serve her clients with integrity and a level of professionalism unsurpassed in the marketplace. Her goal since then has been to empower her clients with proprietary market insights that consistently allow them to make sound decisions about value and timing in the current Cape Cod real estate market. Now as part of William Raveis Real Estate, Elaine brings her clients the strength and reach of a top-rated, family-owned real estate company with global exposure and a new level of marketing excellence. Elaine is a former Merrill Lynch Financial Consultant who brings to her real estate practice the personal and organizational skills required to solve the day-to-day issues inherent in all real estate transactions. Her relationship-building skills have been a foundation of the success of Elaine's real estate practice over the past 17 years.

Personal

One of Elaine's proudest accomplishments is the homeschooling of her two children for several years in the 1990s, a time period they all agree was the best years of their family life. In addition to being an avid tennis player, Elaine is a longtime supporter of Canine Companions for Independence (CCI). The family has raised two Lab puppies, Riesling and Royce, for the organization that provides assistance dogs, free of charge, to individuals with disabilities. In general, Elaine is an advocate for all that preserves and promotes the uniqueness and appeal of the Cape Cod life style.
