Professional Specialty

Every client/customer needs different levels of consultation. I strive to make sure that each client/customer is educated and guided through all parts of the process. That Buyers and Sellers are not expected to know how to do any of the Real Estate Processes necessary to buy, sell, rent. Care, Loyalty, Patience, are all necessary in every single transaction... Each transaction is important and different. Like an individual, I treat each deal on their own merits and needs! Full disclosure, education and guidance! Largest Transaction in most peoples lives deserves the best!

Experience

For nearly 20 years, I have been a Realtor, Real Estate Agent/Consultant. It is an amazing experience and opportunity to be able to care for and guide clients/customers in their most important transactions. The transaction that provides them a roof over their head. That roof over their head means comfort. I always say if it is not affordable to you, it is not comfortable. I do work for investors and I treat them the same... making sure that they are well aware of the risks; the pluses and minuses so they know what they are getting themselves into! It is all about doing unto others as you would have done to yourself. I truly believe that what we give is what we get in life.

Achievements

20 years of real estate consulting for buyers, sellers, renters, investors, farmers, and more.. always doing and promoting what is best for whomever crosses my path in life. I believe that doing the best for them, is the best success there could ever be. Yes, I have received awards, silver and gold and all that jazz... however, the finest accomplishment and reward is the trust I gain and the referrals I have been blessed to receive. Better than the money that is made at the end of the transaction is the relationship that is made.

Personal

I love to be outside! I love to walk, it is my meditation. My passion is about saving the earth from one use items, recycling is great if it works, however, reuse of the items is more what I see. My vision is that people will lower their use of one use items that are filling the landfills and seas which pollute the water and hurt all kinds of creatures, land and sea, and humans. I believe humans are animals too! Just the top of the food chain. However, I believe that we need to consider what we are doing to the environment. I believe whole heartedly in subdivision control for reasons of not only our safety, but the animals and plants that are part of why the world is successful! I believe in obeying the zoning by laws, EPA, DEP and of God. why? they all have an overall affect/effect on the entire planet. Without drinkable water, we and everything will cease to exist. I love to paddleboard do yoga and teach yoga walk a beach and enjoy the sunshine I love a good beer at a local brewery or a great fresh cup of coffee at a local coffee shop! I love gardening and would recommend Ellen Ecker Ogden who inspired me to grow food! So I started about ten years ago an edible garden... I love that my flowers are edible! I do have roses, hydrangea and a few kinds of daisies! Daisies are my favorite. The love of my life was my Daisy Duke, a boxer! She was a fawn, however, where she was brown she was brindle. She had a pink heart on her chest.. She always went with me to work. I believe she sat on all my clients sofas. They would ask for her to come along...of course some did not, but most! She sat behind me in my 4runner, and If she wanted something she would tap my shoulder! She loved the beach, people and kayaking. Daisy was an amazing being and I miss her dearly daily! I don't have another dog as it really would not be fair. She was more like my child! I do not have children! I believe that Real Estate is not sales. Why? This seems so funny to some. Yes, we get paid when a transaction closes. This is true for many professions. Many professionals and small businesses get paid when something is finished! I honestly think it works better to get paid by what you accomplish as it really can make people complacent in their work if they get paid by the week without any accomplishments needed. I do realize there are exceptions to this rule as to any. In reality I believe it is a conditioned issue in the United States. Anyway, I digress. I believe that if advice is given to provide people with longevity in their real estate endeavors that the country has a solid foundation. If each owner of any type of real estate is in a sound affordable place and they go to town meeting to protect the spending that increases their escrow payments, zoning by laws that protect their property rights/safety, water out of their faucets, and their rights under the constitution. Then, if all of that is common place, the whole country has a solid foundation that can last forever! Longevity and the idea that paying off your mortgage is the best way to be FREE! Low debt=more freedom to live and not work for money to live.... Free! Cheers to the United States Constitution! I believe in the values and rights of our country! I believe in the opportunity and right to vote! I encourage town meeting participation. I believe we are great under God! My Best always Amy L Troup
