Marcie's started in the late 1980's as a staff appraiser for Patriot Properties. In 1995 she started utilizing her Real Estate Brokers license and a top firm in the area. She has extensive training and experience and is consistent top producer. Roberta has been selling since the 1990's and has an extensive customer service background. In 2018 we formed the Gingle Lerman Realty Group

Personal

Marcie is a 2nd generation Swampscott resident with three children and four grandchildren. As a lifelong resident of the North Shore, she enjoys gardening, cooking and traveling. She has a golden named Lila and a Ragdoll named Stella

We cover the entire North Shore of Boston which includes the city and towns of Revere, Salem, Peabody, Danvers, Beverly, Swampscott, Lynn, Nahant, Marblehead, Manchester-by-the-Sea and Hamilton and Wenham to name just a few.

Community Involvement

Marcie is a volunteer with Windrush Farm in North Andover which is a PATH certified horse farm. PATH stands for Professional Association of Therapeutic Horses. Windrush Farm is non profit and serves emotionally and physically challenged persons
